Racing at Fontwell Park

FONTWELL Park Racecourse’s next fixture is an Armed Forces Raceday in aid of The Queen Alexandra Hospital Home on this Tuesday August 25. Apart from competitive racing, there will be assault courses, marching band and military displays across the site, including tanks, boats, weaponry and more.

This will be the third and final evening meeting of the year and on the day, the Princess of Wales Royal Regiment, Royal Artillery, Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers and the Royal Logistics Corps will be present.

Just need an admission ticket? Save money in advance with tickets from just £12 if pre-booked by 3pm the day before racing and remember children under 18 go FREE! Get closer to the action and park in the centre course – don’t forget to pack a picnic.

September sees the MS Society Family Fun Raceday on Sunday September 6 when gates open at 12.30pm, with the first of seven jump races at 2.20pm.

Then the winter jumping season starts in earnest and includes a two day  Fontwell Festival in October at this only figure of eight jumping track in the country on Friday and Saturday October 2 and 3.
